Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with placement officers from different colleges – basically to create a constant connection with colleges in Ernakulam for freshers oriented recruitment.
- Coordinate with the HR team and college placement cell to bring in potential freshers.
- Coordinating with trainers and trainees – End to end process, management of freshers from Induction to end of Probation period.
- Periodic report submission to HR team/ Management.
Desired skills:
- Public speaking ability – talks for career guidance, pre placement talk, company introduction in colleges.
- Flexible to travel to different locations for pre placement talks.
- Excellent communication skills – give orientation classes to employees regarding formal communication.
